Instructor:

Dick Gilcrist has been the teacher for D & J. Electrical Courses Inc. since 1994.  Dick received his Journeyman Electrician certificate in 1972 and his Master Certificate.  He is an Electrical Inspector for the City of Renton. Dick received his Master's Certificate from Western Washington University as a Vocational Instructor.
